Locally Grown Showcase
The Locally Grown Showcase aims to connect the following types of vendors with the community:
- Local Farms; healthy food sources from around the area.
- Local Producers of Natural Goods; our small-business neighbors using natural or organically sourced materials.
- Local Service Organizations; ways to volunteer and serve the community.
- Local Non-Profits; ways to give back and invest in the community.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please email SoudertonTelfordBPW51@gmail.com
Established in 1951, Souderton-Telford Business and Professional Women has been a part of the tradition of women-helping-women both directly and indirectly. Our members benefit from the investment and training we put into their personal success and we have annual initiatives benefiting women in various ways around the region. We thank you for your consideration in working with us this year and we’d love to have you join us at our meeting or reach out any time so we can get to know each other better.
Over the past few years of planning the Locally Grown Showcase, it has been a joy to see the relationships among our members, vendors, and sponsors blossom. One important goal of this event has been to cultivate a forum for those serving the same area to get to know one another and unite their service efforts. Seeing this come to fruition has been extremely rewarding for all involved. We are grateful to be an active part of such a wonderful community. We’ve created a forum to help other groups join us in doing the same by sponsoring this friendly event.
We invite you to find your place in the Locally Grown Showcase along with the organic local farms, food artisans, and creative producers, plus service organizations who so generously give their efforts to the area, and non-profit organizations who give back and invest in our community.
Each year this event has entertained several hundred families from around the Montgomery and Bucks County regions. Last year we hosted more than 1,000 neighbors at the park for this event. In the past there have been photo booths, live cooking demos, face painting and henna tattoos, and even local sports mascots. We welcome your ideas for feature activities or entertainment.
By participating in the 2023 Locally Grown Showcase, you are helping many local causes, community initiatives, and small businesses. Whether you represent or support women-owned businesses, clean eating, local farming, or individuals with special needs, there are many great reasons to participate. We hope that you’ll find your place with us.
